In 1999 David Carr and Kevin Stackpoole combined 15 years of mortgage experience and formed Preferred Plus Mortgage in Livonia, Michigan.

Preferred Plus Mortgage was founded with the belief in one basic principal: Treat every customer as if they were a member of our family. Over 1,000 customers later that belief is never more evident as it is today, where over 75% of our business is repeat customers and referrals.
